Tell all elegantly

Today I've received my daily inspirational quote from " Insight of the Day" and it said " the most powerful element in advertising is the truth" by  William Bernbach – 1911-1982, Advertising Director. Bernbach's words looked similar to those of the father of advertising. “Tell the truth, but make the truth fascinating. You know you can’t bore people into buying your product, you can only interest them into buying it”  David Ogilvy  once advised.  Spit it out and be sure to spill it wonderfully. Entertain and educate us before you sell to us.

Loom of destiny

The loom of destiny is weaving good stuff for you. Don't smoke, eat well and pray to praise. Life is good if you decided to lead a life of goodness. Smile all the time. They made any door wide open. Off the record: The Loom of Destiny , a.k.a. The Iron Age, by Arthur Stringer. The book has fourteen short stories about that bittersweet age known as Childhood. With the rose-tinted glasses firmly tucked away.  "As you grow older you will find that the work you want to do is the work you can never do. It is the elusive, the fugitive, the intangible idea that you will grope after so blindly, and yet so passionately. And yet you will never quite capture it. The spirit of it will steal over you at times, at rare moments, but it will be more a pain than a pleasure to you."

Creative slowdown syndrome

Difficulties dwell my desire to write. Hurdles suppress the words in my mind. They cannot leave. Scan my brain and you will see! Writer's block is my reality.

The ability to be able

Ten years passed as a gleam of light. Procrastination ate away my ambition and left me empty-sighted. Do I need to start again? Can I continue what I quit? Is there a chance at the end of my dark tunnel? The absolute answer is YES! Stop asking! Act now! Now is the future Motivation is what gets you started. Habit is what keeps you going. Quitting cold turkey

Dear smoker,  I am just a smoking survivor! This is not to tell you how to stop. It is to let you know I quit. After over twenty years of inhaling tobacco, I announce my abstention from blazing coffin nails. Two decades elapsed ruining the temple of mine.  "Old habit never die" they frequently said. Multicoloured lighters, vintage matchsticks, chic cigar boxes, rolling machines , rolling papers and filters dwell my drawers. But the good news, I look at them as I have never placed a cig between my lips. I still remember the first time I lit one . Nobody pushed me to be a smoker but the urge of nicotine accompanied me along the way. You ask me what is the difference? I tell you. It is the smell of my breathes, fingers and clothes.  You are free now but always remember you do not have an access to the wrongdoing behind consuming a daily pack of cigarettes.  I know it in my bones!
